Our patients are seen on time on an appointment basis and reminders are sent before each visit for their convenience, to help in their busy lives. We offer up-front payment plans, family discounts and incremental payment schemes, we support any health insurance discounts and of course the med 2 20% discount for all patients/parent/relative paying tax in this country.
Our success over the last three decades has been due to the excellent treatments we provide for our patients. No less critical is the real need to provide excellent value with flexible fee payment options particularly in the current economic climate.
As an orthodontic specialist, dr o’donnell is a fully qualified dentist who has completed an additional three years of specialised orthodontic training in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of dental malocclusions and facial irregularities. Dr o’donnell continually updates his skills as new techniques emerge to deliver the best possible results for his patients. This means that patients benefit from the application of the most modern and aesthetically pleasing techniques available in orthodontics today.
My goal is to provide excellent orthodontic treatment to my patients. It is important to me that patients should understand why i am providing orthodontic treatment for them if this is my recommendation, and what will be involved in the treatment. Including how long the treatment will take, how many visits will be involved, which orthodontic appliances/ braces are most appropriate and why. the best dentist experience i've had so far! when i made the appointment, the lady who took the call proactively checked my eligibility for a government subsidy that resulted in me getting a checkup for free and a heavy discount on cleaning. Brilliant and patient-focused service!
the appointment itself was also amazing, really gentle and the dr. Explained all the steps of the procedure which really put me at ease.
It was clear throughout that number 1 priority was my well being and not money, as i was also advised against an invasive operation another dentist (back in germany) had previously recommended and which turned out to not be medically beneficial at all at this point.
